Q: Will set times get posted in advance?
A: Yes. During the days leading up to the event, set times will be posted on this website, our social media channels, and through our email database. Set times will also be printed in the lanyards available at the venue. Note: The lineup and set times are subject to change.

Q: Where is the closest airport?
A: The nearest airport is Manchester International Airport.

Q: What is the camera policy?
A: Professional photographers must obtain a photo pass using our press submission form. Do not email your request. Photo passes are not required for standard cameras with lenses under 15 cm long or handheld video devices under 6″. Professional video cameras are not permitted.

Q: Does the venue have cash machines?
A: Yes, There are cash machines available by the merchandise stand facing the girls toilets. Chip & Pin is also available at the bar.

Q: Are there any disabled facilities?
A: Disabled customers are welcome at the Victoria Warehouse. There have been a number of improvements to the original warehouse building to ensure there is disabled access across the whole ground floor area and disabled facilities on site such as disabled toilets in the courtyard and internally near the entrance to the venue. The VIP mezzanine level is currently not accessible via a lift, but we will accommodate any disabled customers who may wish to purchase tickets & access this area.

Q: Is there a cloakroom on site?
A: Yes, Victoria Warehouse does have a cloakroom on site with a charge of £2 per item.

Q: Is there anywhere to charge my mobile phones?
A: Yes, There is a mobile phone charging facility available from the merchandise stall.

Q: Is there any free drinking water at the venue?
A: Yes, There is free drinking water from the two main bars and also free drinking water handed out in the courtyard should anyone feel dehydrated.


Q: How old do I have to be to attend this event?
A: All customers must be over the age of 18yrs old and will need to show ID upon entry and also at the bars. The Victoria Warehouse operates a Challenge 25 policy and refusal system. If you look under the age of 25 then the bar staff ask you to prove that you are over 18yrs old.

Q: What are the event times?
A: Doors open at Victoria Warehouse 7:00pm local time 7th October and close 06:00am local time 8nd October.

Q: What time is last entry?
A: Last entry is strictly 10:30pm local time. Please arrive early and allow plenty of time to travel. Entry to the event past 10:00pm is not guaranteed.

Q: Is re-entry allowed?
A: No, if you leave the venue at any point, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

Q: Will I be searched on the way in?
A: Everyone is searched on the way into the venue as a condition of entry. This is for us to ensure that no one is carrying anything dangerous into the venue.

Q: What am I not allowed to bring into the venue?
A: Illegal substances, Alcohol, Liquids of any sorts - including perfumes / liquid makeup products / aerosols / drinks, Glass of any sorts, Food, Flares or Fireworks, Man bags, Weapons of any descriptions or replicas

Q: What is the dress code?
A: The dress code is casual but not scruffy and we do not allow Manbags. No sportswear or football tops. Trainers are fine.


Q: Will there be a lost & found?
A: We advise all customers to ensure they keep their belongings such as phones, ID, wallets, purses etc on their person at all times. Victoria Warehouse has a lost property desk based at the cloakroom. If you lose something on the night please go to the desk and report it lost/stolen and if we find it we will do everything possible to get it back to you. If we don't reunite you with your item on the night please click here to fill out a lost property form with a full description of the item(s) you have misplaced and we will let you know if your items have turned up once we have finished the clear up after the event.


Q: What if I need Medical Assistance?
A: There are two medical points at the Victoria Warehouse should you or your friends feel unwell with trained medics to help. One of the two medical points is just inside the main entrance by the search lanes with a sign outside stating Welfare Area.


We do not condone the use of drugs at our events. As a condition of entry all customers must undertake a search to ensure that no drugs or any other dangerous items are taken within the venue.

PMA is a drug known to be sold as ecstasy and MDMA. PMA has been known to come in both powder & tablet form. We are extremely concerned about customers using such drugs.The dangers of PMA are:

1. Overheating
2. It takes longer to take effect

Drugs thought of as legal highs are also extremely dangerous.
These so called legal drugs are not tested & no one can say for sure what the effects from these drugs may be.

No drugs are safe but if you do take drugs please wait for them to take effect before taking more.
Mixing drugs with alcohol can also be extremely dangerous.
